Smooth blended overnight oats topped with chocolate hazelnut praline taste like cake batter for breakfast! They are very easy to make with only 6 ingredients and packed with fibers for the perfect nourishing breakfast or snack.

Oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup no dairy milk
- 1/4 cup thick plain yogurt (coconut or skyr style)
- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate hazelnut praline
- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for the oats to a blender and blend until combined and perfectly smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness depending on your preferences.
- Add the blended oats to a large jar or two smaller ones and set aside.
- Meanwhile, make the chocolate hazelnut praline by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir using a spoon until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the chocolate hazelnut praline on top of the oats.
- Cover and place the jar in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, add some caramelized hazelnuts or your favorite toppings.
