Description

Smooth blended overnight oats topped with chocolate hazelnut praline taste like cake batter for breakfast! They are very easy to make with only 6 ingredients and packed with fibers for the perfect nourishing breakfast or snack.
 


Ingredients

Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup no dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup thick plain yogurt (coconut or skyr style)
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate hazelnut praline

  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the oats to a blender and blend until combined and perfectly smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness depending on your preferences.
  2. Add the blended oats to a large jar or two smaller ones and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, make the chocolate hazelnut praline by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir using a spoon until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the chocolate hazelnut praline on top of the oats.
  5. Cover and place the jar in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, add some caramelized hazelnuts or your favorite toppings.
